My passion for written expression guided me to the challenge of marrying verbal with visual; I have always been enamored with still images captured through the lens. Though I have not studied photography, photographs have added so much depth and timbre to my creative voice. They not only articulate thoughts and feelings that I am unable to speak but also allow me to interpret visions that, as a self-taught artist, I am not always able to fabricate through another visual medium.
